Born and raised in Cardiff-By-The-Sea; John is a third-generation North County resident. He's been through the ranks of Cardiff and Ada Harris Elementary, Oak Crest Middle, San Dieguito Academy, MiraCosta and California State University San Marcos.

His lifelong passion for investing and real estate began in his early teens by reading Robert Kiyosaki's Rich Dad Poor Dad.

He started gaining sales experience at eighteen, when he was trusted to manage a local AV company's showroom and perform in-home consultations for homeowners in the Carlsbad area, often generating orders of more than $10,000.

John craved personal and career growth after four years in that role, so he enthusiastically dove into the cutthroat world of door-to-door sales. He was very successful; selling over 200 residential pest control accounts in his first four months. He then graduated to inside sales where he thrived and became a consistent top producer.

After a few years, John's intrinsic ambition nudged him to chase something more fulfilling. He decided it was the perfect time to pursue his dream career in real estate. And he now had a track record to back it up. He got licensed while continuing to work full time, and now, with endless growth-potential, he has found a career that makes him excited to wake up and pursue every day.

John also fully renovated and continues to own and operate a successful short-term-rental home in Cardiff-By-The-Sea, with plans to expand.

In his free time, you'll find John lifting weights at the gym, kickboxing, or buying ingredients for a homemade meal.
